Study Group Meeting
October 10-17, 2010 From Jerusalem to the Red Sea Israel
Dear Colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 12th International PCL Study Group
Meeting, which will be held in Jerusalem & Eilat, Israel, October 10-17, 2010.
The meeting will bring together researchers and clinicians from all over the world who are
interested in the many aspects of PCL. The stimulating scientific program will highlight the latest
scientific achievements, enhance existing knowledge and lead to improved diagnosis, prevention
and treatment. Topics will cover basic,clinical aspects, prevention and treatment. The program will
include state-of-the-art plenary lectures, presentations and interactive discussions.
Situated on the crossroads of three continents, Israel is easily accessible from all corners of the
globe. Israel is one of the few countries where the ancient and modern meet and is the center of
three great religions - Islam, Christianity and Judaism.
Jerusalem of today links a historic past with a dynamic present. A vibrant cultural and
cosmopolitan center; Jerusalem is archaeology and art, sacred sites and superb shopping,
panoramic sun-swept promenades and moonlight concerts under the stars, classic dining and fast
food restaurants, daytime walking tours and nightclub entertainment.
Social events will be planned to offer participants a taste of the vibrant local culture.
